Service may not be available in all areas. Actual speeds will vary based on several variables including line condition and length. Speeds are measured from customer premise equipment to our DSL Terminating equipment in our facility.
Must be new service. Offer requires a one-year contract. Offer is available for a limited period of time and is subject to change without notice. Early termination fee of $200 applies if service is cancelled before expiration of term.
ISP supplied equipment is required, but may be substituted by customer supplied equipment if ISP approves such equipment. This equipment must be compatible with our system.
If line conditioning is required, there will be an additional fee incurred.
All tech installs whether they are residential or business are for ONE computer with a modem and NO router. If there is going to be a router install then it will be billed in addition to the regular tech install fee. Router Setup and/or Networking will be billed at the rate of $45/hour. Additional parts or equipment required will be billed accordingly.
Current rate for domain name registration is $15/year. Price is subject to change without notice. DNS is Domain Name Service.
Number changes will be billed a service charge of $50. This includes "To and From" orders, as well as changing service from one number to another number at the same location.

** Speeds vary according to the loop length from the enduser to the CO or RT. These lengths are listed below.
Up to 384K Down - 16,000 ft.
Up to 1.5M - 14,000 ft.
384K - 1.5M - 12,000 ft.
